While we do not offer this service directly, we are happy to assist by providing tips on the best connections to Scotland. Additionally, we can recommend reputable accommodation providers to enhance your stay, either before or after your tour

All our scheduled tours begin and conclude at designated locations; please refer to the description of your selected tour for specific details. However, for tailored tours, we provide personalised service, including pick-up and drop-off at your chosen airport or accommodation

  • Photographic ID, as you may to get asked to provide a proof of age at the distilleries;
  • Comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for weather conditions;
  • Cash or card for all your whisky shopping – there will be lots of special bottles available to buy at the distilleries;
  • Camera to catch all unforgetable moments and all beautiful Scottish scenery;
  • Loads of positive energy 🙂

As not all distilleries permit children on their tours, we generally do not allow children on our scheduled tours. However, if you book a private tour, we can customise the itinerary to ensure a family-friendly experience, allowing your children to join and enjoy the journey with you

It depends on the tour. Please see the description of your chosen tour for details. 

If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to wait or arrange an alternative solution. However, as our distillery visits are scheduled within pre-booked time slots, we reserve the right to depart if you are not at the agreed departure point on time. In such cases, no refund will be provided

Yes, we hold all the necessary insurance. However, if you are visiting from outside the UK, we strongly recommend securing your own travel insurance to cover any potential emergencies

All scheduled tours are conducted in English. Private and tailored tours can also be conducted in Polish, if required.

For all our scheduled tours, we kindly ask you to limit your luggage to one small piece per person (a standard airline cabin bag or a small backpack is acceptable). For private and tailored tours, the luggage allowance may be greater and will depend on the size of your group

  • All transportation (including fuel, mileage, ferries, car parks, etc.)
  • Services of a professional driver guide;
  • All local taxes;
  • All tours and tastings at all distilleries, as specified in your tour description;
  • For all overnight and multi-day tours, all accommodation is provided;

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal and PayU

Wi-Fi is available at all accommodations included in our tours. Additionally, some distilleries provide complimentary Wi-Fi for their guests. If needed, we can also set up a hotspot for internet access while travelling in our vehicle

Yes, some distilleries offer discounts for our customers, including voucher offers for purchases at their distillery shops. Your guide will inform you of any available discounts during your tour
